Espresso Bar
- Espresso - "The most delicate of the aromatic flavors are
captured in the crema for just a moment, savored at once, and then
remembered in the sweet lingering aftertaste." *
- Cappuccino - Espresso mixed with densely textured milk (like
velvet).
- Latte - Espresso mixed with lightly textured milk (like silk).
- Café Mocha - Latte made with real chocolate.
- Americana - Espresso with hot water (to the strength of filter coffee).
- Cafe Au Lait - Filter coffee with steamed milk.
- Macchiato - Espresso "stained" with a small amount of steamed
milk.
- Oregon Chai - a wonderful blend of black tea, spices and milk (or soy
milk).
All drinks can be made with whole, 2%, nonfat or soy milk.
